I’d say the selection was a bit limited. I looked around for a while and only found maybe a couple things that were close to what I wanted.

Had a question about my order. They replied fast. Nice too. Not a copy-paste answer, which I liked. Took a couple messages, but it got fixed. 4 stars...

The prices seem fair compared to a few other plant sites I looked at, and overall it feels like you get good value for what you’re paying. It’s definitely not the cheapest option out there, which I kind of regret not checking more before getting interested, but it’s still not bad at all. I’d probably order as long as the shipping doesn’t end up being too much. Giving it four stars because I do wish the deals were a little better...

I had an issue with my order and it took a few emails before everything finally got sorted out. They did fix it in the end, and I do appreciate that, but having to keep verifying the same details over and over got frustrating. The wait wasn’t great either. Overall, it was okay, but not the smoothest experience.

I tried to order something, but the site was kind of a mess. I couldn’t figure out where things were, the pages took forever to load, and every time I got to checkout it kicked me back again. After a while I just stopped trying.

When it arrived, the plant was looking rough tbh. The leaves were yellow and the soil was super dry, so it definitely wasn’t in great shape out of the box.

The directions were easy to follow, and I’m not sure how much clearer they could’ve made them. I got my tree planted quickly without any confusion. The watering tips were helpful too, especially since I didn’t want to mess that part up.

The plant showed up with way better root growth than I expected, honestly. It settled in super fast, like it had been waiting its whole life to move in. One tiny branch was a bit dry, but overall I’m really happy with it.

I ordered these and only about half of them actually made it. I know these things can happen, but wow, I was not emotionally prepared for the tiny plant tragedy happening in my house. Some are doing fine, but the rest just didn’t make it.

I got exactly what I ordered, and everything looked right. Nothing was missing or weird, which is always a relief. Not like some other orders where..

I was disappointed with how my plant showed up. The website made it seem like the plant would be packed safely, so I was confused when I opened the box and it was basically loose inside. There was dirt everywhere, barely any padding, and a few branches had snapped. It’s frustrating because this feels like it could’ve been avoided with better packaging.

The size was exactly what I expected, which I appreciated. That said, the plant itself looked rough when it arrived and not as healthy as I’d hoped. Hopefully it perks up with a little care, but at least the sizing was accurate

My order showed up way later than expected, and the whole wait felt unnecessary. I was excited to get it, but by the time it arrived, I was just frustrated. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

I ordered a small tree and a few shrubs, and overall it was just okay. The tree was alive and packed decently, but it was smaller than I had pictured and a couple of the branches were bent. The leaves looked stressed for the first couple weeks too, if that makes sense.
The shrubs were kind of a mixed bag. Two of them are doing fine now, but one showed up with a lot of yellow leaves and still looks weak. It wasn’t a terrible order, but for the price, I was hoping everything would arrive in a little better shape.
